traffic moving away from hayward to foster city. it is light. we have developing news. this is new video showing the fiery crash involving the tour bus yesterday. the death temperature claimed to ten. abc7 news reporter amy hollyfield is following the story. physically, this is what the scene looks like. the wreckage from the crash is still there on the northbound side of interstate 5. officials from the ntsb traveling from washington, dc, expect to be on the scene this afternoon. the fiery crash killed ten people, five teens, three adult chaperones and the two droves. it happened at 5:30 in the afternoon. the teens were from los angeles. they were on the way to visit

humboldt college. the ntsb said it is important to get to the evidence as quickly as possible. >> it is critical our investigation is to get on the scene and collect our own information as soon as possible because of the perishable information. and that is everything that could be from the vehicles, to memory of what happen in the accident. >> 30 people were hurt in the crash. some are critical. one teen said that he and 40 others survived by jumping from the back window. the bus was full of smoke and it was difficult to see and breeze. investigators say the fedex truck crossed the center median, sideswiped a car and crashed head on into the tour bus. now they are trying to figure out, why in they do expect to give updates when they get to the scene. >> a survive talked about the experiment on social media and

with a fire glow with low clouds and fog. leyla gulen has more on what this means in a couple of minutes. >> check out this video: two boats on fire in san diego. this happened before 10:00 last night. no one was on board either boat and there were no injuries. the boats are so badly damned they are now in danger of sinking. the cause is under investigation. >> our developing news a deadly tour bus crash with ten people dead and now we have an update. mary? >> good morning, this is all that is left of the vehicles of the gruesome crash on i-5. ten are dead. dozens are injured when a fedex truck hit the car and slammed into the bus. it sounded like a sonic boom.

the vehicles erupted into flames with a giant flume of smoke. the bus has teens and their chaperones for a college trip. >> what more do we know of injured? >> we know at least 30 are injured. their conditions range from critical to stable including severe bones broken bones and broken leg and they all treated at area hospitals but many of them have a long road ahead. >> we saw birds early of just the fiery scene when the collision happened and it was quite dramatic. please describe the scene for us. >> just an amazing amount of fire and smoke that happened in an instant. you can only imagine how

bus full of high school students and the fedex big rig. you can see no concrete barrier which is what they will look into. right now the southbound lanes in that stretch re-open this morning at 3:30 and the northbound lanes are still closed and they hope to get it re-opened in 36 minutes. we will follow that closely. leyla gulen suggests you take highway 99 running parallel to i-5 in that area. >> sales force could be if talks to take over the new transbay power in downtown san francisco. the business times reports that they will make an announcement this morning with the mayor and house minority leader pelosi. the announcement described as "historic investment," on the 25th floor of fremont street building where sales force is the major tenant.

afternoon but temperatures cool off later tonight. that is a gorgeous picture. the three day forecast shows drizzle expected tomorrow into sunday and it will warm up by monday and we are looking at amer conditions and dry. >> as far as our commute is concerned, we do have a new accident along 580 and that is not an injury accident but westbound 580 is blocking one lane and we have very heavy traffic pushing in the westbound direction. drive time traffic westbound 80 from albany to the maze is five minutes and 880 southbound from fremont to san jose is 15 minutes and 280 northbound 101 to cupertino is 11 minutes. this is a picture of the toll plaza with metering lights turned on and traffic is stacking up from the maze and it will be slow going into san francisco. we continue our come of the developing news: the death toll

climbed to ten after a tour bus and fedex bus collided. amy hollyfield is machine toring -- is monitoring developments. >> a survivor is speak out from the hospital. he feels lucky to be alive. this is northbound i-5 in or orland. the investigators work through the night. a fedex truck crossed the center divide and hit the tour bus head on carrying high school students headed to humboldt state university to tour the campus. ten were killed. five teens and they adult chaperones and the two drivers. 17-year-old posted this picture from the hospital bed on snapchat to show his friends he is okay and described what happened over phone this morning. >> it was hard to breathe. you could not see where you going. you saw the light from the
